We use International Express Service for all international and USPS for domestic deliveries. Usually all orders will be dispatched within 48 hours from the order date, and shipping usually takes 5-7 business days for door to door delivery.

Once your order been shipped, you will receive an email from us. In this email, there will be the shipping confirmation.

* INSURANCE

You don't need to pay extra money for the insurance. Insurance is covered so the shipping company will be responsible for all the items they undertake. 100% of the items will be delivered safely.

Delivery is guaranteed. In the event that your package is lost we will re-ship once again at our expense. We always declare our packages right to avoid the customer from paying import taxes.

* CANCELLATION

If you have already paid for an order and want to cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible. 20% cancellation fee applies plus shipping if order has already been sent.

* RETURNS AND REFUNDS
